Luther's ship has stood out several times in the Ardor series, and it has been shown that it has a remarkable power behind it, being able to move away and sail in a quite efficient and fast way. In episode 11, it was shown that the ship had a set of fantastic weapons, that of two lasers that emit from the sides, which are incredibly similar to light salable emissions, which makes many people ask. What type of ship flies Luther in Ardor?
- What are the red lasers that look like lightsabers on Luther's ship?
- The powerful and hidden Condor weapons systems

Luther's ship is transport of Condor, bears the name of the Condor shipyards where it was manufactured. The shipyards have been in the tradition of Star Wars for a long time, mainly in the expanded universe of Legends. The ship is a civil cargo/civil load that places it in the same class of ship as a Orwellian YT-1300, better affectionately known as the millinery falcon.
Since this type of ship normally transports material throughout the galaxy and is a civil ship, it is ideal as a means of undercover travel through the galaxy while the empire is observing. As an additional benefit, like the hawk, Condor is a very modified civil freighter equipped with an extremely powerful hyperimpulsor that can quickly escape a system if it is caught by imperial forces.
The ship has also proven to be highly maneuverable to evade capture and selection systems similar to hawk, perhaps even more as a smaller and light ship. It also has a hyperspatial navigation system driven by a droid that can create transponder identifications on the march to hide your identity.

Civil ships, much fewer freighters, are not equipped with any weapons system; However, their designs make them easy to modify and adapt. This modification began long before the empire by smugglers, thieves and hunting to defend themselves when they faced a blockade or any other person who interfered in their businesses while maintaining a facade.
The Condor leads this to new heights with weapons that we have not seen before or that we have barely seen in Star Wars. It has hidden laser turrets that the pilot can shoot with millimeter precision while maneuver, but this is one of the most common types of weapons. In episode 11, we saw another hidden weapon that fired dozens of projectiles aimed at destroying more fragile equipment in a ship, such as its tractor ray emitter. Fun (and power) does not end there.
Just when Luther looked surrounded by hunches, two compartments opened on each side of the ship and a tube came out with a red shine. After what seems to be a load sequence, two leaves similar to a lightsaber are fired from the tubes and Luther turns their ship in a closed turn, creating an effect similar to the rotating lightsaber of an inquisitor, destroying the Tie fighters.
This powerful weapon reminds weapons as the star of death and star destroyers equipped with the death star in Skywalker's rise. This could mean that Luther's ship works with Khyber crystals, whom we know he has access, considering that he gave Ardor at the beginning of the series. What is even more intriguing is its color; red. Here is a theory that will be discussed another day in another article.
